Order Acceptance and Cancellation

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, you should contact info@jovanalouis.com for a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping, Fees, and Taxes 

​At this time, FedEx, DHL, and EMS are available for shipping. For shipping within the United States of America, applicable sales taxes will be charged on orders. For any items that are preordered, taxes will be deducted at the time the item is ready for shipment. For all other items, applicable taxes will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Risk of Loss 

All items purchased from Jovana Louis International Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such purchased products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
